Do you, or someone you know, suffer from frequent falls?

Did you know that accidental falls are a major cause of injury in older people, which can result in hospitalisation?

Studies have found that regular exercise benefits those that are suffering from regular falls, and have discovered that the risk of falling can be reduced by utilising prevention strategies and exercise programs.

Staying physically fit and active is the most important thing we can do for ourselves, to stay fit and independent as we get older. Our Physiotherapists can help with fall prevention strategies, assisting with strength, balance and mobility. Speak with our receptionist and book in now for your falls assessment and tailored program.

bush fire raffle

Like many of us, we all ask ourselves how we can help towards the incredible tragedy of the bush fires. In December, we raised a large amount of food and toiletries, and donated to the FoodBank, so throughout January and February, we will be supporting the people and animals that have been impacted (and continue to be impacted), by selling raffle tickets and raising much needed funds for those in need.
