Dr Mohamad Mourad

Dr Mourad is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with experience in general orthopaedic surgery and special expertise in both Hand and Knee Surgery including trauma, arthritis and sport injuries. He is committed to providing all patients with the best possible care based on the latest evidence based practice guidelines. Dr Mourad is a firm believer in incorporating patients individual needs to achieve the best health outcomes. Surgical treatment is not a one size fits all remedy. After graduating from the University of Sydney in 1998, he undertook his internship and resident year in St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney. Dr Mourad has completed a graduate diploma in Clinical Epidemiology at The University Sydney in 2004. Dr Mourad completed orthopaedic advanced training through the NSW Southside Australian Orthopaedic Association programme in 2009 and gained Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2010 and became a fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association in 2013.
